The food was fantastic. Huge servings with tons of flavor. The hostess and server were super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I didn't rate the atmosphere because I've never been to the restaurant I've always ordered with GrubHub. As far as the food goes this place is really good and they give you nice portions for a reasonable price compared to a lot of other barbecue joints. I would definitely recommend Southern Smokehouse to anyone looking for some good barbecue.

I almost hate to write this post. Because then everybody will go the food here was absolutely outstanding.. I purchased a smoke house platter today. It comes loaded with barbecued ribs, barbecue rib tips, and pork chop. The brisket was absolutely top notch super tender and flavored amazingly. Each meal comes with two sides, and there's a variety of options. Macaroni and cheese collard greens. Black Eyed Peas and rice, sweet potatoes, cabbage, green beans. Me and my fiance came here from out of town, looking for some good soul food, and got recommended to another spot down the street, we weren’t impressed and went looking for something else, smokehouse was down the street and we decided to go here and I’m glad we did. I have the baked chicken, Mac and cheese, greens, my fiance had the pork chops, yams, and greens, everything was perfect, I wouldn’t change anything about it, we will definitely be back.

They catered an event for me. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. I will definitely order from them again

The food is really tasty good soul food. I haven't had a dish from there that I haven't like yet. And I've had the ocean perch, the salmon and the corn beef and cabbage all really good and of course the staple side dishes mac and cheese and yams, potato salad and dressing delicious also. The dessert doesn't disappoint either I've had cakes and banana pudding, peach cobbler and sweet potato pie all good. The only dish that my hubby had which he did not like was the meatloaf and it may be because of the type of gravy but that's the only one. He's a meat connoisseur so he's had the pork chops, meatloaf and turkey wings. My boys had the fried chicken wings which they Loved and the mac and cheese and the yams wish they also loved. They are available on UberEats and I also had takeout.

The food is really good. Everything I bought was delicious. I got the short ribs. Mac and cheese, greens, and peach cobbler. I had a sample of the Tomato cobbler and it was also delicious. I never thought I would like it ( I normally don't like cooked tomatoes, but was pleasantly surprised it was absolutely delicious
